We gathered in Austin, following our individual dreams to make sounds pleasing to our own ears and to the ears of others. We came from many different places in North America, and our ancestors all probably arrived in this land sometime between the 16th & 20th centuries. We play music in a style first popularized by African-American entertainers in the early 20th century. Headed by Clifton Tipton.
